pre-approved labor related question.

Hi All,

Is it legal to get the pre-approved labor from a company that has it? also if a person takes up the pre-approved Labor, will his chance of getting the labor diminishes? Is the processing time the same in this case?

I would like to know, if iam in the 6th year of H1 and applied for I-140 with the pre-approved labor, can I extend my H1 for the 7th year(hoping that i-140 would e approved)????

Yes, it is ok to take labor substitution, as long as your experience letter and your new job requirements are the same as the job duties mentioned in the pre-approved labor.

Make sure they match (It is very important)
