Hi,
can someone clarify, what the Priority date would be for a pre approved labor, Will the PD be that of the 140 filing date or is it the Labor filing date if i use a pre approved labor, the processing is at the Vermont service center, i understand that in California the PD is the 140 filing date but in vermont they use the Labor filing date, can some one please clarify this for me, and if someone is in this situation.
