pre-approved labor and issues with I140 / 485 ?

Has anyone used a pre-approved LC and applied for I140 / 485 had any problems at the I140 stage ?

I have heard that INS is scrutinizing substitute / pre approved labors and there are strong chances of getting queries on I140 application if a pre approved labor has been used .

Anyone had any such experience ? Please share your views.

I am considering a pre-approved labor .But, before I proceed , I would like to know what is it that I should be careful about so I can take all precautions neccessary.

USCIS has its own directions to decide case by case whether it is beneficiary him/herself or the substitute-self. But be careful about the contents of the pre-app LC should/must match with yours. Second, make sure the geneuity of pre-app LC in all aspects. Goodluck

1- See Original. (Because original has to be submitted with USCIS)
2- Means, now a days all applicants in USCIS under going tough situations/scrutiny, it is not only applicants substituting LC.

1 big issue about seeing the original. The company I am talking to is in a different state. Unless I actually fly down there to see the original - there is no way for me to verify it.
What do I do ?

Anyway you have to secure youselves at any cost. Personally, I will never trust on copies. I have no idea how to work out.
