Pre-approved labor and H1-B 6-year limit questions

Hi,

I have got only 6 months to complete H1-B 6-year limit with company A. Can I use a pre-approved labor with a company B at this stage?

Does it require having at least one year left on H1-B to use a pre-approved labor?

If I use a pre-approved labor can I continue working with the company B (which provided the pre-approved labor) even after completing 6-year limit?

File 140/485 and wil get EAD before 3 months and start working for the company B.......
