my case is in NSC (niw, 485 filed in June 2007). recently I went to local infopass and was told my case was under pre-adjudication. can any one shed a light on what that means? my name check is clear in august 2007, but pd is not current (sept 2005). thank you for input.

pre-adjudication for I-485

Pre-adjudication is when all checks are done on your I-485 and is only waiting for a visa to be available for final approval.
