I am looking for a Pre approved Labor for a mainframe skill set. I have 15 years experience. I came to USA in 2000 Oct in H1b. Now in 7th year extension as an employee with one of the top 50 companies in US. I can manage to continue as a consultant and earn a good rate if I get the labor substituion. My company applied for my labor in TR in Marc 2005 just before PERM was effcive.
