It's been a while since I last posted.
Whenever I make a update to my USCitizennow site I like
to keep you all informed.
(Since I do not have 15 posts I can not give the url, I'm sure you will find it. It is a dot com)

To date I have had 161,344 visitors and knowing I've helped
people become US Citizens is a great feeling.

The site can be accessed with mobile devices (Kindle, Ipad, Phones, etc ) and you can
practice as well. The main site you pass over the blue blocks and you see the answers
to the questions on the mobile displays you tap the blue area.

If you find the site does help you, I would appreciate it if you would recommend it to friends and
family. It is a Free site and will remain so.

Hopefully I will be able to retire next year and then I will have time to add
new features.

Wishing everyone much success with all the hard work you do to become a US Citizen

Adding a Newspaper

I added a newspaper to my site
" The U.S. Citizen Now Daily"
going to my signature link below
and then scrolling down the site page you will see it.

I'll be added a direct link in a future post.

I will be picking articles that concern citizenship.

Direct Link: "The U.S. Citizen Now Daily"

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

The U.S. Citizen Now Daily; Morning Edition

The morning edition of The U.S. Citizen Now Daily is published.

This has been a great addition to my USCitizennow practice test site.
I wanted to find a way of offering more helpful information without
slowing my site down with clutter.

My second site "theuscitizenshiptest" duplicates uscitizennow for now but will
in the future have videos and any other features I feel will help our future citizens.

I'm hoping to retire the end of next year. Then I can put more time into these sites.
I said hoping because, last November 2011 I survived a Pulmonary Embolism.
I had 3 blood clots go into my heart and 3 into my lungs. My Doctor said
I was very , very Lucky to have survived. I might also add, Blessed.

So my word of advice is cherish each day

There are iOS and Android apps available. They are Flash Card type quiz and I used them the most.

Thanks for info

Osheth, Thank You for the information.

I was pretty sure someone had already developed some mobile apps.
It saves me from trying to make my own. :D
I just recently fixed a bug so people with mobile device can click on
hidden answer blue area so they can see the answers. I like how on my
site you only have to move the cursor over the blue area.

Personally I don't like multiple choice for learning that is why
I developed my site the way I did. Flash cards are another good way
to learn as well. Over time I will be trying new ideas on my second site.
I try not to disturb my main site.

Have a great day

:D Thanks Kim I had a good laugh. Your so right, my kids said the same thing.
At 62 I don't think I'll get it much better. Maybe once I retire...

As long as it serves the purpose of helping people practice for the test, I'm happy.

Have a great night

One of the articles in today's morning edition "...Citizenship Through Naturalization" is how
I became a U.S. Citizen. I was born in Germany in 1949 and my parents
and I came to America in 1952. Then on June 27th 1958 my parents became
citizens and I became a Naturalized Citizen under them.

Morning Edition of "The uscitizennow Daily" and new widgets added to uscitizennow

The morning edition of The U.S. Citizen Now Daily is out.

I added two widgets to my U.S. Citizen Now website (Link to my site in the Signature below)
They are located right after the questions and answers on the first page.

One widget is from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service it provides updates.
Sometimes when I travel i don't have the time to manually place the updates, so this
solves that problem.

The second widget is from the immigration reform center, it shows recent articles
dealing with Immigration

For those that have visited my site in the past you may have to refresh the page to see
the widgets. Your computers cache keeps the last page view, until you refresh.

Wishing everyone a Great weekend.

Thanks for the links guys.

Question: when a question has multiple answers, do we need to know all of them, or just one is enough to get a 'pass' mark on that question. Thanks.

Just one answer is enough, unless the question specifically asks for more. e.g. "What are two rights of everyone living in the United States""

The number of answers required is always stated in the question.

The U.S. Citizen Now Daily; Morning Edition

The U.S. Citizen Now

I just got back from a 4 day trip to Kansas City Missouri. The paper is setup
so when I travel it picks the articles from the wwweb. Today I picked the majority
of the articles that are displayed. I normally do this everyday by 9 am EST time.

I hope everyone has a great weekend. I start my 2 week vacation tomorrow so it's
an even better weekend for me. :]

This week I've had 1,265 visitors to my uscitizennow website. Since 2006 when I started
the site it has received 171,630 visits. I'm very pleased that this site can help people
become U.S. Citizens. I've gotten a couple of Google+ clicks ;) which helps the site to rank
higher and be seen by more people.
