Hello,
I have applied For Family Class PR for Canada in June 2003. Recently i got a rejection letter stating that in April 2008 they sent us a letter requesting for additional documents. But the letter did not reach us and after 4 months they sent us a rejection letter saying failure of communication. It has been a long wait and finally we get a sad news in the end.
Can anybody suggest me if there is anything i can do to appeal for this? Am i supposed to contact the embassy or Take this to the court?
