Haven't received PR card yet

Hi Guyz,

I landed on 10/26/04 and have not received PR card at my friend's address at Canada yet.

Please advise what can I do :(

I landed with Wife and Daughter, my friend in Canada has not received anything.
Any Ideas what needs to be done or who we need to contact. Thanks
