1) My wife has landed in canada in jan. 2000 & is currently working in US on h1-b visa
2) I am a landed immigrant since 1996
3) My daughter was born in Canada, she is a Canadian citizen
4)we have been frequenting can/us with landed papers
Now this PR card is bothering us or can we go to can & apply for it.
one of the clause in the PR form says, if we are living with a canadian citizen out of country, that's considered as staying in canada, did anyone confirmed this with cic ? (even if that citizen is a minor) ?
