Pr Card Photos Rejected

Me and family have landed in canada last June 26,2006 and left after 3 weeks because of our jobs in Dubai, UAE. Our friends have mailed us our PR card (Me & wife) with a letter that the photos of our children have been rejected and they are giving us 30 days to resubmit the photos and to present our children personally to them. Unfortunately we can not afford to come there on time because the children are studying and we are still employed by our company. Could someone help us if we could resubmit the photos by mail or a representative or one of us, me & wife. Please enlightened us regarding this problem.

Same thing happened to us..

We landed on May 27th, myself and wife recd the card. Son's pic was rejected. I sent them a fax saying I can't attend (we were in india during that time) the time they mentioned. They sent another letter saying that before Jan 2007 we have to visit and they will retake the pic.. It looks like within 6 months they have to do it and complete.
