PR card lost in mail, what should I do?

I landed in Canada at the end of last year but have not received PR card. CIC calling center told me it has been sent to my Canadian address 2 months ago.

Right now I'm outside of Canada. What should I do?

1) Do all the research for your lost mail and try to locate it

2) If you cannot find it , Drive to Canada . You can enter canada by your personal car/rented car and apply again

Now; with landing paper (perticularly people who entered before June 28, 2002) you can just enter once right? I heard they stamp on IMM 1000 that "Not valid for travel" once you enter by private vehicle.

still fine for entering by personal vehicle from US.

You cannot take comemercial transportation on that IMM1000 as it says "NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL"
