I landed on Jan 15 with my wife. She received her PR card, but I was told that they could not scan my picture and I need to come to local CIC office. Anyone in this situation before? Would they give a day and time to pick up the card or is that a period of time one can go to local CIC office. I would appreciate if anyone in this situation before could share their experience.
