Pr Card - Expected Date

Hi,
I have landed in Canada on Oct 29th through Peace Bridge,Buffalo and returned back to US on the same day.Actually I gave my friend address to post my PR card,but till now he didn't receive the card.
When can I expect the card?Please post your experience.

vijay,

you may get a letter asking you to come and pick-up the cards in-person on a designated day and at a specific time..that seems to be the experience of most folks.

Also, wait until 6 weeks have lapsed from Oct 29, 2004 and then do the follow-ups...

I landed in canada through peace bridge on 11/9/04. Still waiting for either a letter or cards in the mail.
