PR Application, please help

I am filling up the Candian PR form for skilled worker. I am currently in US on H1 B visa. I do not want to inform my employer about leaving to Canada. Can I delay
- notarized employment contract from present employer.

My daughter is 9 months old and is a US citizen. If I move to Canada, will she have to surrender her citizenship in the US.

* you do not need to submit NOTRIZED employerment Cantract with US employer to apply for Canada immigration, you have to just provide Exp letter if you can but it can be also submitted later if they ask after you get file #. if you wish you can send the copy no need to be notrized
