PPT Stamping @ Buffalo ASC

Our case was Approved on 10/18/2004 (Monday)- I made Infopass appointments on 10/19/2204(Tuesday) for 10/25/2004 (Monday- this morning) fro 8:00 am and 8:30 AM ( me and My wife). Both our copies and my lawyers copies were received on 10/22/2004(Friday).

We Got to the Buffalo ASC in downtown at 8:00 AM. Got our passports stamped and were out by 8:30. Walked two blocks to the SSA Office Building and got the card ordered for my Wife ( Until Now She had an ITIN) and also request to remove employment restriction from my card. We were out of that by 10:00 AM and then I dropped my wife and Kids Back at Home and was back at work in Downtown buffalo at 10:30 AM

I made 2 Info Pass appointments for 8:00 AM and 8:20 AM. But they would have taken both of us in one appointment. Buffalo ASC is really not busy and we could have done with out the Info Pass appointments. The good thing about making the appointmnets was that they did take us ahead of every body else who was there with out an appointment.

The experience at SSA office was a pleasent one too. The officer was able to do the corss check with IRS database for my wife's ITIN and was able to fill the application from that. we only had to sign.
The only things we had to show were our PPT with I551 stamps, our Driver's Licences and off course i had to surrender my old SSN Card to be destroyed. We both will get our new SSN cards in 2 weeks.
