PP stem in Newark on Wed only !!!!

Please take a minute to explain this . I got my approval notice and it says u can only go on Wednesdays from 8:00AM to 12:00
My lawyer says go early around 6:00AM to be in queue ...is it right?

I am planing to go on 7th August . Please put some light on this

Anyone with past experience !!!!!
