PP Stamping Question in LA area

Guru's please help.

Is it a must to have CA driver’s license for passport stamping in Los Angels? Or Can I use any other state’s DL. We moved to LA area few months back and have not changed DL yet. I tried to make an appointment with Santa Ana office using their zip code but I was getting following message.

“At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later.”

Anybody had this kind of experience with Santa Ana office?

Out of state license is just fine.

You dont need to have a CA driver'slicense to make an appointment and neither do they ask for it.

You can take your out of state license with you.

I did my stamping in San Francisco,they never asked for any license or Id at all.Even i relocated to California couple of months back.

Go with the documents mentioned in the approval notice and along with TWO FRONTAL PICTURES and you should be just fine.
