PP stamping photo specification

Going to SF for PP stamping. Need to take pictures. Photo spec has changed now and need to take 2 PP photos. I wear spectacles. Do I need to get photos with specs or without specs? For ADIT pcitures, it was without specs. What is the spec now?

You MUST wear specs if you normally use them.

Click on the "Head Position or Background" link, and which clearly establishes this guidline. It even gives tips on how to avoid glare on glasses.

I had scheduled the infopass appointment 2 weeks back. It is just that before going to take the photos i realized that i am unaware of whether to wear specs or not. Very stupid of me that I waited for so long to find the requirements.
