AC21 case - need help
Here are my case details
1) 485 ND - May 2003
In June 2004 I lost my job (with the company that filed for my LC, 140, 485) because my EAD renewal did not come in time. By then my I140 had been approved and 485 was > 180 days.
My EAD renewal came in July 2004. In September 2004, I found a new job with the same job description and same job title. My 485 approval just came in (November 2004).
I have my PP Stamping scheduled at the end of this month. Do I just take a Employment Verfication Letter from my new employer (along with the other standards documents).
