Guys, the process couldn't have gone any smoother. Appt. was for 9:45a. I was let in at 9:30a. The non appt. line was ridiculously long while the appt. line had 2 people in it. As you know, folks with appts. get priority - amazingly enough I was out of there by 9:50am. I highly recommend making an appt. even though it's not mandatory until Oct 1. The process was a breeze!!
