PP stamping experience.....at last!!!

Hi,
This is just an update of my GC journey till pp stamping!

Had filed my I-485 from Vermont service center. Approval date: May 16, ND 11/2/01 Stamping in San Franciso

Got my PP stamped in San Francisco on June 1st week. PLease note: SF BCIS center for PP stamping has indeed changed to washinghton street, but the approval letter still says sansome street. Went there at 7 am, and got the ticket after security check. (they issue limited no. of tickets each day , so make sure you are there by 7 am). Was called within an hour at the counter, they took index FP, and my EAD/I-94 and address change info. They didn't ask for my Advance parole, so I keeping that as a souvenier!!!!!!!!:D

Waiting for my plastic card............ :o
 
congrats. You are from VSC and got Stamping in San Franciso could you explain. did you use AC21 and was there an interview.
 
Pl. see my replies below:

*Applied I-485 from VSC as place of residence was under VSC.

*Changed location due to project tfr. and came to west coast. (Same Company). Informed address change on phone as well as AR-11. Got RFE for emp. letter, W2 and pay stubs in April at the new address, replied and got approved in May. Approval letter said to go to SFO for stamping. No problem in stamping at all.

*However, I was in the middle of changing location again within CA, so while I went for the stamping, gave the permanent address of a friend in a different state for the plastic card to arrive.

Hope that help solve the Puzzle!!!!!!!
And ofcourse goodluck to all, waiting for the approval.....................
