For someone who wants to know about Arlington office stamping experience...
Reached there around 8:30AM and there were around 50-60 people before us in the line. Got the token at 9:00AM and waited for 4 and half hours and finally stamped at 1:30PM. People come with appointment are given preference ahead of walk-ins. When I tried to get appointment through NCSC they told me that they don't schedule appointments for GC stamping and asked me to just go there between 7:30 - 11:00 AM (M - F).
If you get appointment it is good for you. The maximum waiting time will not be more than 15 minutes. That's what I saw on that day. Good luck to all.
