PP stamped : 06/14/2002
We (me & Wife) got our PP stamped on friday(06/14) at Baltimore INS office. We reached INS office at exactly 7:30 am. There were close to 15 people ahead of us in line. We were let in by 7:30 and surprisingly were the first ones called for PP stamping. Unfortunately my photos got rejected because of dark shadow behind my head.(Note of caution to all: Get your pictures in a good photo shop). I had to go out of the building to get new photos again. (Luckily there is a Ritz Camera store on Charles Street - 5 min walk). By the time I got back from the photo shop the IBIS check was completed and the passport was stamped immediately for both of us. We were out of INS by 8:15 am. Took the rest of the day off and had fun.
The lady at the counter said that we will be receiving our actual cards in 6-8 months...I guess its their standard reply.
