pp stamped but no one asked for I94, EADS, Ad. pa etc

Hi,

I got my ppt stamped at Honolulu. It was very nice experience. Got everything in 15 minutes. I have some doubts.

Immigration lady didn't take my I94, EADS, Advance paroles and even returned my I797 with a stamp on it. Even she didn't ask why I am getting PP stamped as Honolulu as I am on a business trip in Hawaii. She was really nice.

When I asked if I need to submit them all then she said no.

Just asked me sign a paper, took photos and fingerprints. that's it.

Is it normal to return I94, ead, advance parole etc..

Looks like no one goes there for stamping.

Folks, who wants to do early FPing? Go to Honolulu and get it done. Also take a break from your GC stress.

I got my PP stamped in Providence, RI. They kept my I94 that was attached to the passport, but I wasn't asked to submit my EAD or AP. When I asked about them, the officer said, "just toss them...you don't need those anymore" !!
