PP stamped at Baltimore

Just have my PP stamped at Baltimore this morning.
Arrived the office around 8:15 AM and be called at 9:45 AM. The officer took the I-94 card and filled the GC form without asking anything about AP or EAD. Got my PP back within a couple of minutes and that was it, no trouble~ However, the officer warned me that it is likely that I'll have to re-submit the pictures because those I brought are cut too small (about 1 1/4 '' x 1 1/2 ''). Although they did meet the requirements listed on the Notice Letter: "no longer than 2x2 inches, with the distance from the top of the head to just below the chin about 1 - 1 1/4 inches"...

Anyway, I'll see how it goes.. As long as I have the stamp on my PP, I don't worry about the physical card being delayed for a little longer because of this..

Wish you all a speedy approval!

Hi gjuly_gc,

Basically, the officer asked me nothing but my current address and photos..
When I approach the counter, I stated the propose of my visit then I presented the original notice letter, 2 photos, current passport and the expired passport with the I-94 card stapled on it. The officer then asked me to verify my current address which I did.

After this, she examined the photos and we had a brief conversation about the size of the photos, blah, blah, blah. Eventually, she agreed to take the photos and proceed on stamping my passport and filing the application form for the physical Green card. No other question asked afterwards.

The officer probably saw my file on the computer and noticed that I don't have any AP or EAD that are current active so she didn't ask me for them. If you do have any of them, I believe they should be returned and more questions may be asked.

So.. if your photos are ok, and you don't have AP and EAD currently then you will *PROBABLY* only be asked about your current address... But it's always good to be prepared for any questions or application materials (I-140, H1, EAD, AP approval notices, etc.) just in case they are needed.

Good luck!

Card ordered

Online message just updated yesterday:

"On June 23, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

I hope this means that they've accepted the photos.
