I am not sure how many people will be benefitted from this information, but I thought I will post it anyway.
My I-485 was filed in TSC and by the time the approval notices came, I had moved temporarily to another state falling under VSC. I took the approval notices (attorney's copy) from TSC center and went for stamping at local INS Center. Nobody bothered to look at the approval notices and my PP was stamped without a glitch.
