PP lost before landing

Hello

I have weird situation. I got my PR and immigrant visa stamped in my Passport few months ago. I was supposed to land in another 2 months but I lost my passport . I am trying to make a new passport but having a hard time from NY. Can we extend the landing date OR get the canadian immigrant visa stamped again from Buffalo on new passport . I have faxed them but have not heard from them.

PLEASE ADVISE.
 
You should have contacted Buffalo... like yesterday

Please contact Buffalo ASAP so no one uses your passport to fraudulently enter Canada.
