PP and Backlog

Hi

USCIS stated that the USCIS had suspended the premium processing services for I-140 due to the receipting delays and backlogs. As of Jan 18, 2008 that the EB receipting backlog has been removed and the frontend receipt processing is current.

Do you think they will Start the Premium Processing soon? Whats the hold off? We are willing to pay to speed up this process?

Once USIS runs out of money (may be in April/May) they will start PP for I-140.
