My spouse has lost her good paying job last year so she might have not earned 18.000+ dollars, will previous years returns be enough?

As I said, she lost her good job and now she got minimum wage job.

In your first post you didn't mention anything about her current job; I thought your concern was that her income last year was not enough even though her income this year is sufficient.

Anyway, minimum wage would be about $15000/year. For a household size of two the income requirement is $18,913 (but more in Hawaii or Alaska).

What about her assets? If she's a US citizen sponsoring you to immigrate, every $3 of your combined assets will offset the income requirement by $1. Her income is about $4000 below the requirement, so multiply that by 3 which would mean $12000 of assets are required.

Only assets she got are on her chest lol I read that one only has to provide previous year income tax return and can support it with another 2 years back returns so it'll be 3 years back together isn't it so?

Tax returns are tax returns, income is income. A combination of sufficient income and assets is needed to meet that 125% of the poverty line requirement, regardless of how many tax returns are provided. If her current income is not enough by itself, she'll need assets or a joint sponsor. Your assets can be included.
