Power of attorney

Hi,

I am in US and want to make a Power of attorney in favor of my brother ,so that he can sell off my property in India.

Can anybody help me on how this can be done in US?What is the way that I can have a Power of Attorney letter done here that is valid in India.

Search in internet for the apporpaite forms or buy the willpower&attorney software.

Write down all his details and it can be either durable( works for Unlimted time) or Non-durable (works for limted time).


once you have sign the documents , you have to notarize. .Keep one notarize copy for ur reference.
