I need some help on how to get power of attorney so that my parents can buy a property in my name in India. Pl. share your experience.

I need some help on how to get power of attorney so that my parents can buy a property in my name in India. Pl. share your experience.

Just ask them to draft one, by contacting a local solicitor...and then send you the originals to sign...... you may have to go to the local Indian embassy...for them to notarize the power of attorney and you may need to sign in front of them....
