Potential transferring and relocation, while I-140 pending

Hi Gurus!

The RFE response for my I-140 EB1 was submitted two weeks ago to CSC. Currently, I am facing the choice of transferring to another division in the similar job functions. Potentially, that will require relocation.

My quesitons are:

a. Will the affect my I-140 application?
b. If changing division won't affect my case, can I relocate?

My understanding is that as long as what ever you are doing does not require resorting to AC21 clauses, you should be ok; if AC21 comes into play as a justification for anything you are doing, be careful about this.

Our division is currently at Boston, MA. My company filed my I-140 at CSC. If I move to Oregon, will it trigger AC21 clauses?

I didn't file 485 with I-140. According to posts here, as long as I don't use EAD, I should be ok even I-140 gets denied. Right? If so, can I file 485 now?
