Even though the recent Visa bulletin & related I-485 filing issues etc have been a rollercoaster ride experience for everyone, there is a positive side to this. Until now, the visa bulletin was released probably based on anticipated demand of immigrant visas based on coordination between DOL, DOS & USCIS. Come mid-September when all I-485 filings will be complete, these agencies will have an exact number of cases based on employment type (eb1, eb2, eb3 etc) and also country of origin etc. So, if the numbers are crunched properly, the visa bulletin should probably reflect actual demand and not a projected/anticipated demand. This is my 2 cents....
