If my company wants to post me to India while my Green Card is in process (Labor Cert stage), will this have an impact on the GC process?
I have heard GC is for future position so you don't have to be in that position currently, but am not sure if the above will be feasible since I have also heard that USCIS asks for proof of job title (or something of that sort) during one of the GC stages.
