Postal Addr to send I-90 ?

Hi Guys, I am preparing to submit an I-90 for my wife since she never received her card supposedly mailed on 09/22/2005.

As per the instructions on I-90, I need to send a paper application to the service center where the adjustment of status was processed.

Nowhere on the uscis.gov can I find the address to mail I-90.

This is where I was specifically looking :

Can anybody share the Nebraska I-90 address ?
