RFE response mailed : 02/04/03 (AC21 case)
INS received RFE response: 02/05/03
INS updated RFE acknowlegement: 01/12/03 saying their receipt date as 02/10/03
AD: Waiting.... not much hopeful, may be not before May, 2003
