I will be responding to this Employment Verification RFE by end of this week. Meanwhile I am deep in negotiations with new company to take up employment - This new opportunity represents a SIGNIFICANT step up in compensation (40%) and responsibilities (GM of a whole dept.)
The caveat is of course that the race is still between 3 people and I may never have an offer - But if I do get it, do you think it would be prudent to switch before final 485 approval ? Would I have to inform BCIS of this switch in employer at this late stage. Would the wording for the "new" job description have to be exactly the same ? It is kinda hard to do that when you are potentially going from an underling to a Head of Dept.
Any thoughts or advice would be greatly apprecaited. Best Regards - B.
