Post June 2002 EB2 Filters

Have you heard of any approvals for June 2002 (or later) EB2 filters. VSC seems to be stuck on the EB2 applications and havent made any progress...

I have seen some approvals . A colleague of mine whose RD is 6/26 same as mine got his approval a week ago.
 
EB2 I-140

Do they process I-140 for EB2 & EB3 Separately ? Or there is no such relation ? I had seen couple of EB2 approval postings of Sept' 02 in this fourum earlier (with CP); so what does that mean ? For AOS EB2 it is going to take much longer ?

Mine I-140 at VSC is RD=Sept 10, EB2. Please share any info/views and any news of recent EB2 approvals that comes to your notice.

Each and every 140 category is processed separately

It is clear from the VSC process times report that each type of case EB1, 2, 3, etc, get a different treatment. And within these there seem to be sub-categorization of CP & concurrent petitions.

EB2 + concurrent filers seem to be getting the back seat in the i140 processing queue.
