My brother (Indian) is planning to get a post graduate education in Russia in orthopedics. I did not get much information about it as much as I tried from internet and sources I know. However I know that it takes 3 years (one year russian and two years course work) and costs $15,000. I would like to know about the quality of medical education in Russia and the opportunities after that in India, UK or USA.
