Hi All,

I've got my FP notice for 10th March 2005. Can someone pls. educate me on the process after the FP is done?
How to track it?
What is FBI name check? and
Also how many times do we have to FP?

I don't think its true ,as i finished my fingerprints in DEcember'04 and
status for I485 on website is not even updated till today(after 2 months).
Its not even updated that they have issued fingerprint notice..
I talked to my attorney and he says don't reply on website message..

I am new to this forum. My I-140 and I-485 LUD shows only the dates when NSC received my application (1st week of feb 04, EB2). My wife's and my finger printing was done in April 04. However there is no change in LUD till now. Is this abnormal. Can I call up NSC and inquire about it.

My online message did not change after my fingerprints so I inquired about it. They told me not to worry about it, that the LUD or message will often not change. They added that I should not pay much attention to whatever I see online, that it is often not accurate or a good representation of when your case is being processed or about to be approved.

If you read this board you will see that some people will say that their LUD updates many times before approval and others will say that their LUD never changed after their RD until the day they were approved.
