Post for July-2001 RD but File Not Opened/Assigned

My RD is 7/18/01, ND 8/31/01, FP 3/26/02
IIO said file not assigned yet.
Another 30 days before any review, then RFE(?) expected for medical waiver before. By that time even 2002 filers will start getting approved. INS (in)efficiency is unparallel.
 
Same here! July 15 RD but not assigned yet!

There is a lot of inconsistency at VSC processing. They are approving Aug RD and for July RD they are saying it is the ND that counts, not RD.
