Post Details: FP expired but no notice for 2nd FP

Stop me right away if there is already a thread for this. I am just wondering if we can post our details (may be location also, although I am not sure if location has to do anything with the 2nd FP notice) if the first FP is expired but not received the 2nd FP notice. May be it gives an idea to those who are waiting for 2nd FP after their first FP expired.

ND: 03/14/2002
FP Done: 05/01/2002 (Scheduled date)
FP Recd.: 05/06/2002
Loc: Boston
