Post Decision Activity

I went to interview on Aug 5, everything was fine and smoothly. Till the IO checked my N-400 and files. She indicated that I have a DUI in Aug 2009 and the record will stay in my file for 5 years (Case expunged and I passed 3 years probation). She told me that she can't make a decision and my case will be reviewed by her supervisor.
After, she gave me the N-652 checked on section B (A decision cannot yet be made about your application) and the form WR-821 with checked the box on 'Other' wrote 'Further Review your Case'.
On Aug 8, I received an email from USCIS and noticed that my case is under 'Post Decision Activity'.
Please, is anyone here know detail about what does it mean? What is their decision? and will my case get approved or my case has been denied? Please Help, thanks.:confused::confused::confused::confused:

From uscis.gov post decision activity is:
For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

However, if the N-400 was approved then it should be put in the oath ceremony stage.

Did you list the DUI on the N-400? Or did you fail to do that because you were told it was expunged?

Yes, I did. I submitted all documents from court with my N-400.
But the IO told me that they still need to review my case due to the DUI is not over 5 years.
