Hi, all the friends in the forum:

It seems that I140 approval with concurrent file I485 is much slower than no-concurrent file in Texas Service Center (TSC). Please post your approved I140 with concurrent file in TSC, and tell us I140 receipt date, category (EB1, EB2, or EB3).
 
Confused what to do

Hi my lawyer have filed my papers concurent filling 1-485 and I-140 in Texas service center since i have given my residential address as Texas but my company is in IL.

But texas is very slow in processing the case.Is it legal to file in Texas Service Center since because the applicant is living texas.
Since i checked BCIS website they say i-140 need to be filed in where the future employment will be...

So i dont know whether my lawyer did the correct thing or not.
Please give some suggestions what to do.

my ND and RD june 1st 2003.(concurent filling)

Mine I-140 was in filed in Jan, 2003. Recipt date is Jan 29,2003. The online status says "its taking between 275 to 300 days" so I guess another 3-4 months .

My I-140 was filed in Feb. The RD is Feb 12, 2003.
Concurrent, EB3.
NO News so far, online status is displaying standard message that it takes 275 to 300 days for this type of cases.

Waiting for I-140 approval

Hello,
My company's attorney sent in my I-140 concurrently with I-485 application in January. RD is January 8, 2003 and ND is January 9, 2003. Online status at one point was saying 150 to 180 days but after a month it changed to 275 to 300 days. The message still has not changed.
But my EAD (I-765) was approved July 28, 2003, my wife's EAD (I-765) was approved July 13th, 2003, both had the RD of January 8, 2003 and ND of January 9, 2003. Hopefully the I-140 approval will come soon.
Almost forgot it is EB3

I am not sure if anyone is tracking. But for whatever it is worth.

Still waiting for my EAD :(

Please keep in mind that the processing times are dependent on the IIO adjudicating the case.
 
I-140 at TSC

Hi,

Anyone received approval of I-140 lodged at TSC since Jan 03. I am filing via consular processing in London. Any replies appreciated to get me through the long wait!!!
