i applied for asylum (illegal entry in us) and now
i am in proceedings of removal, and i'll have a hearing court on 2nd dec..
I found an emplyer who wants to sponsor me. Can i switch my case to that?

PS. They gave me a letter that says i can apply for a SSN and a Work permit after 1 nov. Do you think they'll approve my application? I have a friend who was denied.
