Possible for a Nanny to be sponsored for green card?
Is this correct?
From my understanding someone can sponsor me for an employment based green card based on future employment. So if someone were to sponsor me as a nanny now that nanny's are considered skilled workers, would that work? I am in the US now on a visa but I cannot work. My perspective employer could go ahead and try for a labor cert right? I have several years experience as a nanny and just found out about nanny's being changed from other worker to skilled worker!
