Nebraska Service Center seeks to have all I-140 petitions adjudicated within 6 months from date of filing by 9/30/05.

Thanks for once again reminding of the news which had come up last month. Fortunately for some and unfortunately for some, ever since then, NSC seems to have increased the approvals by processing cases filed in the last six months & around and almost forgetting previous cases.

GOD, please give enough strength to all old applicants to withstand this stress and injustice. Thanks.

Does it means that all I-140 filed before 03/30/05 will be handled by 09/30/05?

If so, NSC has to digest all I-140 of more than one year in few months, since the current processing time is end of 2003. Too good to be true.
