Guys, gals and Gurus, this may be a little peculiar case. My I-485 based on my husbands 485 is pending approval in Texas. I have been on H1-B before the time we filed our applications. Now I am at a point where I have a good short term job offer in the north east. My husband would still be located in Texas at the same address, and my move would be a temporary one. Now, if i choose this job then my h1-b would be transferred using Nebraska service center. Keeping in mind that my permanent address wouldnt change, would the H1-B transfer from Texas to Nebraska have adverse effect on my I-485. Since my permanent address is still going to be Texas, is it necessary to file AR-11 (address change). I have read in some cases AR-11 would trigger the case being transferred to local office and so on, or even RFE on 485. At this point I do not intend to use my EAD since we are not sure if the company my husband works for will keep him employed for a long time as might be needed due retrogression. Any one has been or known such a sitiatuion, please your suggestions are appreciated... because i am so
