I just got the following info from my lawyer regarding the ETA 750 sections 14(i) and 14(ii)
He mentioned that
14(i) is Bachelors degree
14(ii) is Computer Science, Engineering , Chemistry , Mathematics, Physics, Science, Business Related
I have a Bachelors in Commerce & Masters in Commerce and at application time I had 6 years of experience
Any one have any ideas if this could generate an RFE ?
